Over the course of four consecutive in person 90-minute weekly workshops, participants will experience the I.M.P.A.C.T. Model in action. Each week focuses on one of the core stepping stones—Intentional Awareness, Mindset, Personal Power, and Adaptability—while Community is intentionally woven into every session. Together, these elements guide participants on a journey to reflect, reset, and Transform.
